It seems like everyone is the JJ Abrams business these days and for NBC, which has struggled introducing new shows over the past few years is now officially in the JJ Abrams business.

The re-branding comes as a way for the studio to tweak its brand perception among TV viewers who associate the name Sci-Fi with aliens and Trekkies.

Jefferey Donovan, star of the hit USA show Burn Notice, has renegotiated his contract with Fox Studios. Now, Donovan will be paid between $125,00 to $150,00 per episode, which is quite a leap from the $55,00 he previously made.
