Ryan Reynolds Defends Himself Against Denzel Washington’s Onslaught in Safe House Clip
It’s not everyday you get to see the nice guy play a villain, and Denzel Washington, who has played either a hero or a mentor more times than I can count, can play both. I just wished that we could see him play nasty more often. Luckily I am getting that with Safe House. The actor, who has played as two villains in his career Alonso Harris in Training Day and Frank Lucas in American Gangster, will play as Tobin Frost in Daniel Espinosa’s action thriller. Washington will star opposite Ryan Reynolds in the movie. But just how bad ass will Washington be in the movie? You will just have to find out in this clip below.
Check out the latest clip from Daniel Espionsa’s actioner Safe House. Check it out in HD on IGN.
Safe House tells the story of a young CIA agent tasked with watching over Tobin Frost, America’s most dangerous terrorist. But he has to go far beyond his babysitting duties when the safe house is compromised and keep the terrorist alive while also keeping him within his sights.
Opening in theaters on Febuary 10th, Safe House stars Ryan Reynolds, Denzel Washington, Vera Farmiga, Brendan Gleeson, Sam Shepard, Robert Patrick, and Joel Kinnaman.
