Brand New Image and Poster for Due Date
Yahoo! Movies has debuted the first poster and first still image from the upcoming comedy Due Date, which will be released in theaters nationwide on November 5. The film revolves two men: one a highly strung expectant father (Downey) and the other an aspiring actor (Galifianakis) go on a cross country road trip so the father can arrive in time to see his child’s birth.
The film stars Robert Downey Jr. and Zach Galifianakis as the “odd couple” in the film. We posted the first trailer for the movie, which you can see here, a few weeks ago. It looks hysterical. The movie is being distributed by Warner Brothers. The movie looks like a remake or re-imagining of Steve Martin and John Candy’s Planes, Trains and Automobiles, which featured a similar premise of two unlikely characters hitching together so one can get home to his wife and son for the holidays.
