Thor Writers To Develop Futuristic Vampire Pic Damn Nation
Ashley Edward Miller and Zack Stentz who were brought to assist on later drafts of the Thor script for Marvel, are now signed on to script Damn Nation, a futuristic vampire project for Paramount.
Set in a U.S. evacuated after an attack from “inhuman nocturnal predators,” the comic tells the tale of the survivors after the government has been forced to relocate to London while scientists search for a solution.
Dark Horse Entertainment is producing the adaptation, which is based on a comic by Andrew Cosby and art by Jason Alexander.
Just another vampire apocalypse film. We can’t get enough of those can we? The relocation part seems interesting, especially the US relocating to England. In the midst of trying to survive vamps, that type of political hankering is interesting.
