– First off there was these really cool posters of some movies that will be released soon, Men Who Stare Goats, Toy Story 3 and Saw VI. I really liked them and wanted to share them with you all.
– ‘Burbs actor Henry Gibson passed away at age 76 from a battle with cancer. He was also the priest from Wedding Crashers. The actor made his mark in the late 1960s as the flower-holding poet on TV’s landmark comedy satire “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In”. The actor died late on Monday night at his home in Malibu.
– Spoiler TV gives us a look at some early images from the remake, The Kung-Fu Kid, a reimaging/reboot of sorts to the classic 80′s teen film, The Karate Kid. The films stars Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan.
– Right out of its premiere at Tiff, Woody Harrelson’s Defendor film got picked up by Sony. Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions Group is set to buy all worldwide rights to film except in Canada, where it will handled by Alliance.
