Terrence Howard and Cuba Gooding Jr join Red Tails Cast
Red Tails, George Lucas’ WWII adventure about the Tuskegee Airmen, continues to add more high-profile names to its cast. Terrence Howard and Cuba Gooding Jr. have joined the cast. Bryan Cranston, the dad from Malcolm in the Middle and the Emmy-winning star of Breaking Bad, has also joined the cast. Previous additions to the cast include rapper Method Man, singer Ne-Yo, Tristan Wilds (The Wire, 90210), Elijah Kelley (Hairspray), Marcus T. Paulk (Moesha, Roll Bounce), and singer Jazmine Sullivan. Principal photography is about to begin in Europe.
This is Cuba Gooding Jr’s second time tackling this subject matter, he was in the 1995 HBO film The Tuskegee Airmen. I have been excited about this project since the start date was announced earlier this year, and each cast additon has only added to the excitement. I am looking forward to seeing this project on the silver screen.
