Ghostbusters 3 Filming this Fall?
In a recent chat with actor Dan Aykroyd, The Boston Globe got the actor to talk about the status of Ghostbusters 3:
“Boston Globe: I’m sure you get these questions a lot, so I apologize in advance…Ghostbusters 3? I’ve heard that the writers of The Office are currently penning a script? How is this coming along, and should we look forward to this movie seeing the light of day?”“Dan Aykroyd: Script is commenced early summer. Hope to be in production by late fall 2009″
Last thing we had to report is that Aykroyd and Ramis were consulting on the script with Stupnisky and Eisenberg. The last consensus was that the old team would be mentoring a new team. Well that is good to kno the film is underway in its pre-production and production in “late fall” is not unrealistic as of now. I just hope Bill Murray will stay involved in the franchise and participate in this thrid film.
