Harrison Ford Joins JJ Abram’s “Morning Glory” Comedy
The new JJ Abrams and Bryan Burk produced comedy, Morning Glory, will have Harrison Ford playing the lead in the film.
According to Variety “Ford is set” and Paramount is “negotiating with Rachel McAdams” to play the other lead in the comedy.
“McAdams would play an aspiring news producer who tries to save a failing morning show by getting control of its feuding anchors. Ford will play one of the anchors, and the other will be set shortly.”
The film is being directed by Roger Michell and is based on a script written by Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada) that follows.
According to the article this is a deal that would put Ford back with the studio in which he his last movie was Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
Sounds interesting, it just sounds weird to say that Harrison Ford will be in a JJ Abram’s movie regardless of Abram’s capacity on the film. Either way this movie doesn’t sound very interesting but it is certainly packing some star power.
