Transformers 2: Megatron Revealed as a Tank!

Latino Review has landed what could possibly be the first images of Megatron in Michael Bay’s Transformers 2: Revenge of The Fallen.

There had always been speculation he would return to the film and that he would have a new alt mode.Back in August we reported that CHUD.com had gotten information of his return as a tank and these pics seem to correlate that thought.

Some folks are gripping about his look, though cool, it doesn’t look very realistic. That being said, Megatron has always had an alt mode that has been exaggerated (In 1st movie he was an alien jet) and not something that looked entirely of Earth. To me I see that as part of his way of thinking he is above humans. His way being better than everyone. But truly it is a movie with advanced robot, he can be whatever. I like the “alien” tank look! Can’t wait to see how the cgi looks on-screen.

    You are right on Kevin. Megatron does have vehicle modes that represent him being better than humans in terms of design. He does look very goofy, but he’s not even Megatron in his movie. He’s GALVATRON. So it’s fitting that the character has become a tank. The dillhole.

    hehe…yeah you are right. Got to love Galvatron. Dude! from the sound of this movie, Autobots and the humans seem like they are in trouble! Maybe they need KITT! (lol) sometimes I make myself laugh!
