Bordem and Neeson join Fools Rush In
Liam Neeson and Javier Bardem join Orlando Bloom in a film based on Bill Carter’s book Fools Rush In. Brazilian director Andrucha Waddington (Me, You, Them) is set to direct.
According to Variety, Carter wrote the book about the period of time when he lived and worked as an aide worker in Sarajevo during the bitter Balkans war siege that lasted 43 months.
“I read the script, and the very human story and the very core of this film spoke to me very clearly,” Bloom told reporters in Sarajevo. “This is a departure from the very big Hollywood productions.”
Always nice to see bigger blockbuster actors trying newer not so big productions. This will be the second time Neeson and Bloom have acted together, they were both in Ridley Scott’s The Kingdom of Heaven. Also I am on the Javier Bordem bandwagon right now and anything he does I like.
